I stumbled upon this blog post by a 19 year old aspiring fashionista: an open letter to men, telling them to “man up,” and that they have become overly feminized.  Her tirade feels like a very specific type of gender-equality backlash that’s becoming increasingly prevalent –especially, it seems, among younger women. As offensive as her post is to me, I fear she’s not alone.
