This week’s roundup of our favorites from across the interwebs to help you make sense of men and women.

1. Overspending Has Become A Modern Form Of Mating Deception by Anna Broadway of The Atlantic says living beyond one’s means can make dating easier, but it leads to problems as a relationship gets more serious.

2. The Wanted Generation by Amanda Marcotte of the Daily Beast asks: Why are millennials so cooperative, confident, and liberal-leaning compared to their older peers? Thank feminism.

3. Why Do Men Pretend To Be Women Online? by Tracy Clark-Flory of Salon.com discusses how the anonymity of cyberspace allows men to express their “feminine” side, which they might otherwise hide.

4. Boy Scouts Lift Ban On Gay Scouts, But Not On Leaders by Josh Voorhees of Slate.com says Boy Scout leaders from around the country voted yesterday on a proposal that would finally allow openly gay children to take part in the organization. The deal on the table, however, would continue to bar openly gay adults from acting as leaders within the group, all but ensuring the larger fight will rage on.

5. Unexcited? There May Be A Pill For That by Daniel Bergner of The New York Times says new evidence suggests that women are far more likely to lose interest in sex with their partners, and Big Pharma isn’t too far behind to help with that.
